Well hopefully you won't have any long term effects. Mine never got backto feeling normal but it's not a big deal

just in case you missed this the other day

linemint oil for your joints....... not for your roll-up joints

8 whole eggs.... dont break open
1 qt or pure gum turpintine... hardwhare store
1 qt of apple cider vinigar

stew for 2 weeks (no heat) on the counter.... lightly stirring every day
strain eggs out

the magic is in the whole eggs.... do not crack the eggs... they just desolve and deform to a mush
at the end of the stewing process use a sented oil of your choice... I use mint oil.....or cook some bud in olive oil to capture that smell

soak towel in linamint oil and place the moist towel on your joints for 15 miutues once a day
it can take upto 2 weeks for the pain to disappear

never use on the spine..... painful mistake

this tincture oil has been past down to me from my mom, from the happy hippie, from an old indian who used it on his horses anckles
